2. Using this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only — to learn about our services and to make a genuine enquiry. You agree not to:

• use the site in any way that breaches any law or regulation, or is fraudulent or harmful;
• interfere with, damage or disrupt the site or the servers it runs on, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it;
• submit false, misleading or another person’s details through our forms; or
• copy, scrape, republish or commercially exploit any content from the site without our permission.

3. Quotes and enquiries

Information on this website, including pricing, is general and provided to help you understand our services. Submitting a quote or contact form is an enquiry — it doesn’t create a contract, booking or binding quote. Any figures shown (such as our per-square-metre rate or minimum job value) are indicative and may change. A firm quote is provided to you directly after we understand your job, and any work proceeds on the terms we agree with you at that time.

4. The guarantee

Where we seal a surface for you, the work may be registered under the JUMBOGUARD Performance Guarantee. That guarantee is a separate document with its own terms, issued by JUMBOGUARD and provided to you in connection with your job. Descriptions of the guarantee on this website are a summary only; the guarantee document itself governs what is and isn’t covered.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos and the Extera and JUMBOGUARD names and marks — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, but you may not otherwise use our content or marks without our written permission.

This website may contain links to third-party websites. We provide them for convenience only and don’t control or endorse those sites. We’re not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.
